Measured and automatically controlled processes

Process automation - often it is useful to automate processes using software tools. Process management is taken over by so-called processing machine that executes a prescribed set of steps, automates its activities by gathering information from existing systems/applications and decides how to continue. Where necessary, it asks for cooperation from a user with a specific role, displays the task queue to him and provides him with all the necessary information in one place. It is not just the managers who can see where the processes are stuck, how everyone works and how the plans are being fulfilled.

Tools and solutions

We use various tools for corporate processes model design (such as Aris, Adonis, Visual Paradigm, IBM modeler, TIBCO modeler, Enterprise Architect) and we are familiar with several software solutions for process management automation and workflow (IBM Process Server, Active VOS, Microsoft SharePoint, JBoss / jBPM, FileNet BPM, Lotus Domino workflow...).
